    So far, I’ve discovered that this is one of the WORST scam companies out there. They cleverly called my place of employment and using my boss’ name, said I was the one to speak to regarding printing supplies. I immediately said yes because I order office supplies, and at that moment it sounded like they had already spoken to my boss. (I know now that it is very easy to get his name and they NEVER spoke to him) They were very clever in convincing me to receive 3 ink cartridges to try for 30 days, with the promise that I’d be so impressed with the quality and if I was not 100% happy, I could return them within 30 days for no charge. Well- once I received them, I had a very bad feeling about it and immediately called and requested that they take them back. No one answers the phone (you get a voicemail) and someone will call you back, but only to bargain with you and go down on the price. Unfortunately I did not google this company until after that phone call, and I see that all reviews are negative- many saying that you’re pretty much stuck with them and if you use the cartridges at all, they’ll continue to send you more. They do not have my payment info yet, but they do have my name and company name. I’m very worried that I’ve gotten myself into a terrible scam. I just want them to take these cartridges back! I was told yesterday by someone that called me back that Fedex would show up today to pick them up and that they would have the label for me (I was given no label.) I have never heard of this. Does Fedex show up and provide you the label? Just sounds fishy to me.
    Last thing I’m going to say here- if someone doesn’t show up today to get these cartridges, someone will be sorry! Believe me, they’ve scammed the wrong girl. I won’t stop until these people pay for what they’re doing to innocent, unsuspecting people. I am absolutely your nightmare scammed customer.

Our promotion is very simple – we give our customers a chance to run our product on a 30-day trial, if they like it, buy it, anything else we request our customers to call us back and we will take care of the rest. We completely understand your concerns but this is exactly what transpired on this transaction – we thank you for giving us a try and you do not owe us anything.

      In conclusion, we thank you for the time spent in writing to us and informing us of the matter. Should you decide to do business with us in the future, we put a discount of $25 off your next order of $100+ or $75 off your next order of $200+ on your account.
