    Your re-manufactured toner cartridges are terrible. We will never buy from you again!

      We regret that we were unable to fully resolve the situation with your complete satisfaction. The quality of the product you have received is not the standard of our company and we would like to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please know that we stand behind our 2-year warranty and our business relationship is too important not to make this right. Normally, we will need to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on the defective cartridges so that we can send the replacements. However, since you have discarded the defective cartridges, our Customer Service Manager made an exception to replace them anyway with a different manufacturer. Should you change your mind, we will leave this option open for a period of 30 days from today, September 24, 2014. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

    I ordered 4 black and 4 color cartridges. I thought I was ordering Canon cartridges. I received remanufactured cartridges. Then got a call asking when I wanted the rest of the cases of 12 of each that I ordered, and found that the price for these was double the cost of Canon cartridges.
    I tried some of these cartridges. I used 5 cartridges and got a total of 76 pages printed. I called customer service to complain and the girl that I talked to was very nice and understanding, said to return the cartridges that I had received and she would replace the ones that I had opened with genuine Canon cartridges. I did return them but, so far, have not received any replacements. I also asked her to put me on the do not call list.
